2008 Boating Ontario Trade Show

Show Hours 10 am - 2 pm

BOOTHS: Booths are 10' x 10'. Except for Sponsors, booths will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Please note: the floor plan may change. Standard booth includes one skirted table and 1 chair. Booths and aisles are carpeted.

COST: Booths are $490, plus GST for each 10' x 10' space.

ELECTRICAL: Electrical Outlets can be ordered at a cost through the London Convention Centre. Be sure to bring your own extension cords and power bars. Click here to download the Electrical Order Form.

MOVE-IN: Exhibitors can begin move in on Monday, December 3rd at 4:00pm. On Show say, Tuesday, December 2nd, move in starts at 7:00am. All booths must be completed one hour prior to show opening.

MOVE-OUT: All booths must be removed by midnight on show day.

To ensure that all exhibitors have adequate time to meet with potential customers, tear down of exhibits may not occur before the end of the Trade Show.

LOADING DOCK: Enter Loading Dock from west side of building (traveling north on Wellington Road, north of York Street).

• Street Entrance Doorway: Height: 14' 6" Width: 22'
• Loading Bays - Four (4) loading bays; all bays outfitted with Dock Levellers
• Freight Elevators:

One (1) Truck Elevator: Door Height 14', Interior Length 49', Interior Width 11' 8", Maximum Weight 43,500 lbs.
One (1) Small Elevator: Door Height 7' 10", Interior Length 5' 9", Interior Width 8' 4", Maximum Weight 5,000 lbs.

FOOD & BEVERAGE: A buffet lunch will be served at 12:00pm (noon) on the Trade Show floor.

Each booth will receive lunch tickets for two (2) staff members. Meal tickets can be purchased for additional staff. Please indicate on the registration form any additional tickets you require.
